You are heard, you are loved, you are VISIBLE. This has always been the heart of who we are and why we started our company. The company started in 2008 with a small coffee stand which developed into a beautiful cafe, Rock City Espresso, in 2013. The owner has been roasting coffee by hand for almost 20 years, which has always set us apart from any other coffee shop in the area. The owner from 2013 through 2020 has been a part and has owned different kinds of businesses and restaurants. In 2020, we had the opportunity to open a coffee shop in the Mill Creek Town Center that was previously called The Spotted Cow. The owner’s daughter, her best friend, and their entire friend group started running the coffee shop. Soon after this, we rebranded ourselves to a name that brought us back to the why we love coffee and why we are in this business in the first place: to make people feel seen, heard, and loved. This is why we chose our company name to be Visible Coffee Roasters. Our name shares who we are and what we do. We roast our own coffee fresh every day, and we want people to feel Visible. In 2024 we were given the opportunity to expand to the city of Everett and quickly after that, we opened two more coffee shops in Seattle and Snohomish. By the end of 2025, we expanded our company to have four stores… and now soon to be NINE! By the end of the summer, we will have our new Edmonds store open, our Woodinville Store open right next to the new Trader Joe’s and our Woodinville store next to the wineries. By the beginning of 2027, we will have our last store open in Stanwood! We are thankful and blessed to have the opportunity to open a beautiful coffee shop at The Harvest. We have always desired to be in the city of Woodinville, and now the company is filled with gratitude to be able to soon be open! We are excited to show The Harvest, and ultimately the entire city of Woodinville, the variety of fresh roasted coffee we will be serving to this community, and we are even more excited for the community to feel heard, loved, and Visible.
