The vision for Building 7 is both wine-centric as well as experiential. Visitors of Building 7 at the Yard level will be able to visit Washington wineries like Upchurch and Grosgrain, where they can sip and enjoy the amazing views of Woodinville’s beautiful agriculture.

Those looking for a hands-on experience at Harvest can visit Elm Candle Bar, a self-pour candle shop out of Capitol Hill. Street level also offers a new champagne bar concept. Two available spaces remain with hopes of a future flower shop, ice cream shop, or another complimentary retail use joining the mix.

On the upper level south end of Building 7 there are two beautiful tasting rooms available, both with generous patios. Space 732 is a 2,033 square foot tasting room with a patio overlooking the Yard. Space 734 also has a large patio, which includes a private fireplace with unobstructed views of the lavender farm and hillside near Chateau St. Michelle.
