Brumbaugh & Associates, formed in 1987, is a full-service landscape architecture firm located in Seattle.

The firms design expertise covers a wide range of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, varying in size from large-scale developments to smaller urban spaces. Services include master planning, and design through construction administration. Environmental stewardship is intrinsic to the work we do as landscape architects, and the principles of sustainable design are engrained in our approach. Brumbaugh & Associates’ founding principal serves as Chair on an advisory board for the US Green Building Council.

We are an energetic design studio and passionate about what we do. We emphasize a collaborative team approach to designing innovative and memorable spaces which are responsive to site character, environmental context, and the communities in which they are created. Linking the architectural experience to nature, and providing active, engaging, sustainable spaces is at the core of our practice.
