Building 6 is a spacious and multifaceted two-story building designed for a mix of dining, entertaining, retail shopping and office work.

The north end of Building 6 will be the host of two Seattle chef-driven restaurants, Ethan Stowells’ Bombo Pizza and Eric Donnelly’s RockCreek Seafood & Steak house. In addition, visitors to Building 6 will be greeted with wine tasting rooms (including Cascade Cliffs), a co-working office center, and a Wine Release Room available for rent on a daily or weekend basis to Harvest tenants. The co-working space has been leased by IWG, the world’s leading provider of hybrid workspaces.

Conveniently located along the covered skybridge connecting the Somm. Hotel to the Harvest Yard, the south side of the building consists of several available retail spaces ranging from 900 to 2,700 square feet. These retail spaces will be easily accessible to the hotel guests looking to experience the Harvest Yard. Outdoor seating in a trellised area between Buildings 6 and 7 also make this an ideal location for tasting rooms and other retail spaces alike.
