Andrea Lachmann has over 15 years of commercial real estate management and leasing experience, and has served in various management capacities across all property types in the region. As a Director, Ms. Lachmann currently oversees a team of 40 Commercial Real Estate and Engineering professionals that manage 8 million square feet of commercial real estate on the Greater Eastside. Ms. Lachmann brings an “owners eye” to the property, making every effort to see that her properties are comfortable, safe, and well maintained to assure full satisfaction for both the client and tenant.

Bolstered by major strengths in leasing and transaction management, marketing initiatives, and task management, Ms. Lachmann has developed exceptional relationships. She continues to be a results-oriented team player dedicated to continued professional challenges, growth and ongoing leadership. Ms. Lachmann has been a civic leader for the City of Redmond since moving to the region in 2007. She had been heavily involved in the now former Greater Redmond Chamber of Commerce and Redmond Economic Development Alliance, and played an integral role in creating a new public/private partnership that is now OneRedmond. While working to renew entitlements on the Overlake Business Center in Redmond, WA, Ms. Lachmann’s civic involvement with the City of Redmond and Sound Transit was a key driver in creating an additional $15 million in property value during the first year of ownership.

Ms. Lachmann is director of CBRE Property Management and is currently working on the One Esterra development with Capstone Partners, and is in full swing bringing the mixed-use development Kirkland Urban online (Talon Private Capital, Ryan Companies, Prudential). She is worked on repositioning the Commonwealth Building in Portland, Oregon, is currently repositioning KBS’s Ridgewood Corporate Square in Bellevue.
